Sterling and Associates Consulting Inc. is a company committed to providing professional security and public safety services. Through investigative research, screening, and the use of subject matter professionals, we assist our clients with matching the right person for their company. Our leadership team has years of safety and risk mitigation experience. We train certified security and public safety professionals who are dedicated to providing safety and risk mitigation services for our clients.  
We partner with industry leading subject matters experts who will provide safety and security training, risk management, situational awareness training, leadership development, and critical management. As we continue to see risks that compromise the workforce, we can provide organizational training that mitigates these risks. 

We also offer leadership training designed prepare and developed new and current leaders in challenging and progressive roles. Through the use of resources, advanced technology, and training, we are confident our leadership development services can assist with building a progressive and advanced leadership team. We are a BPPE (Bureau of Private and Post-Secondary Education) that officers training and job placement opportunities.
